TRGT VCF: TR genotypes generated by running TRGT v5.0.0 on 256 HiFi PacBio genomes (30x coverage) from the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC)
TRGT LPS table: Longest pure segment (LPS) calls generated by running TRGT-LPS v0.11.0 on the above TRGT VCF to determine the longest pure segment (LPS) of the motif defined in the catalog for each locus.
Variation cluster TRIDs: these files were regenerated on 2026-09-01 so that each variation cluster record carries its own TRID of the form VC:chrom:start-end, with the list of simple repeats it contains moved into the INFO/STRUC field. Previously a cluster reused the TRID of one of the repeats inside it, which made some LPS table rows impossible to map back to a unique VCF record (see trgt-lps issue #5). The genotypes themselves are unchanged.
